Three ways in.

One operator. Different depths.

You don't need more advice. You need someone who actually moves things — at the level your business is at right now.

So I built three ways to work with me. Same operator energy. Same standard of ownership. Different depths.

So you can focus on your North Star

START HERE · ONE SESSION · ONE DELIVERABLE

The Founder Operations Diagnostic

A sharp outside read on your operations — before you commit to anything bigger.

You know something is leaking. Decisions are slowing down. Important things keep getting pushed. You're carrying more in your head than you should.

But you're not yet ready to bring someone in. And you don't want another "discovery call" that goes nowhere.

You want a real, honest, outside read on how your business is running today — and a clear picture of what would actually move the needle next.

What you walk away with

A written Operations Snapshot, delivered within 5 working days. Two to three pages. Structured. Sharp. Yours to keep.

  • Operating picture — what's working, where it's leaking, where you're still the bottleneck

  • The three highest-leverage moves for the next 90 days, ranked by impact and effort

  • Operating risks — what will break first if nothing changes

  • Fit assessment — what kind of help you actually need. Honest. If you don't need me, I'll tell you.

How it works

Async pre-work (~45 min on your side). One 90-minute working session. Operations Snapshot delivered within five working days.

That's the whole product.

9,500 SEK ex moms · 11,875 SEK incl. VAT

If you move into the Partnership within 30 days, the Diagnostic fee is credited in full toward it.

WEEKLY RHYTHM · MONTHLY RETAINER

Founder Sparring

For founders who know what to do — but aren't doing it.

You don't need someone to take over execution. You need someone to make sure the right things actually get done.

Too many founders are stuck in busy work — productive-looking activity that doesn't move the business. Procrastination disguised as productivity. Self-sabotage disguised as caution.

The problem isn't lack of advice. It's a missing rhythm. And someone who holds the line.

The weekly rhythm — 60 minutes, every week

  • Review last week — what shipped, what didn't, and why

  • Decide what actually matters for the coming week. Cut the busy work.

  • Plan the work into your calendar — not onto a list. Into your actual calendar. Calendar is the contract.

  • Set the checkpoint for next week's session

What's included

  • Weekly 60-minute sparring session, same day, same time

  • Async pre-call note (~10 min on your side) so we don't waste time on context

  • Calendar planning during the session, not after

  • Async check-in weekly (Slack or email)

Between sessions, you execute. I don't interfere. Calendar is the contract.

This is for

  • Founders who know what to do but aren't doing it

  • Founders stuck in busy work, procrastination, or self-sabotage

  • Founders who need a rhythm — not a co-pilot

This is not for

  • Founders who need execution help (Partnership instead)

  • Anyone looking for a therapist or life coach

  • Anyone who won't show up consistently

12,500 SEK ex moms / month or 66 666 SEK ex moms pay-in full

6-month minimum. Same time, same day, every week.

  • "Ida feels like my right hand - someone I can truly rely on to handle and support complex projects or situations, no matter what they are. She’s like a second brain, only more organized and structured."

  • "Ida takes ownership, is detail-oriented, and has strong leadership qualities. I feel like I can mentally and physically relax and trust her — and know that she’ll probably do it better than I would. It’s rare to find someone like that."

  • "I’m able to do MORE in my company without it feeling like more is on my plate. I can focus on bigger, more important decisions instead of smaller, detail-heavy ones. I can lift my gaze more often. I see other founders burning themselves out, while I’m actually doing more in my business than they are — but without the stress, because I have the right support."

  • "The fact that you can communicate with and find suppliers makes an ENORMOUS difference to my focus. And knowing I trust you to represent my brand — even with clients — and to handle tough conversations and complex situations."

  • "I’m thinking about what a third party said: “You’re a much happier person now, since Ida came in.” Take that as the biggest compliment you can get. Because “happy” is probably my natural state — and a sign that all of me is present. Unfortunately, not everyone has seen that side of me during the past few years of “pushing through.”"

Second Brain & Right Hand

Co-founder energy. Second brain. Right hand. Long-term.

The right support at the right time is often the difference between spending another quarter just keeping things afloat — and finally not carrying everything alone.

This is the deepest way to work with me. An embedded partnership for founders whose business has outgrown their capacity — but who don't want another person to brief, manage, or remind.

You don't manage me. You don't micromanage progress. You don't carry everything in your head.

Most founders don't lack help. They lack ownership.

In this partnership:

  • I don't wait for instructions

  • I don't ask to be told exactly what to do

  • I don't track hours

We define clear areas of responsibility — and I fully own them. If something slips, it's on me. Not on you.

How it starts: the 3-month Founder Operations Partnership

Every engagement begins with the same standardized first phase. Same scope, same price, same cadence — for every founder.

By day 30, you'll have a complete operational audit, a 90-day priority map, an installed weekly cadence, and locked ownership areas.

By month 3, you'll know exactly what working with me as your operator actually feels like — and we'll have real data to decide what comes next.

EMBEDDED PARTNERSHIP · LONG-TERM

3-Month Founder Operations Partnership: 105,000 SEK ex moms

Equivalent to 35,000 SEK / month. Full payment on signing or monthly installments.

Continuing beyond month 3

Around month 3, we evaluate together. If we both want to continue, you choose one of two ongoing tiers — same cadence model, depth of ownership flexes.

Tier 1 — Second Brain + Right Hand (the core role)

Same structure as Phase 1, transitioned into an ongoing retainer. Full ownership of 1–2 defined areas, weekly 1:1, monthly full execution day, Slack Mon–Fri.

35,000–50,000 SEK / month ex moms

Tier 2 — Embedded Operator (Ops + Team Leadership)

Everything in Tier 1, plus: I run the weekly team meeting, hold direct accountability for team output, and own deadlines and team flow.

55,000–75,000 SEK / month ex moms

Final retainer set at evaluation, based on what I'm actually owning.

What I take ownership of (examples)

  • Launch planning and execution

  • Programs and offers, from idea to onboarding

  • Events and experiences: logistics, communication, follow-up

  • Client journeys: contracts, payments, access, onboarding

  • Strategic initiatives, end-to-end

  • Team coordination and leadership (Tier 2)

How we work together

  • Weekly private 1:1 calls

  • Hands-on operational execution between sessions

  • Slack access for real-time alignment (Mon–Fri)

  • One monthly execution day to clear bottlenecks

  • Simple systems and templates that support how you actually work — not how a framework says you should

  • Calendar and workload structure that protects your energy, including syncing with your natural cycle

This is for

  • Founders building a serious business with revenue or strong momentum

  • Founders carrying both vision and execution today

  • Founders who feel operationally stretched and mentally full

  • Founders who want calm, clarity, and progress — not hustle or pressure

This is not for

  • Early idea-stage founders

  • Anyone looking for motivation or quick fixes

  • Founders unwilling to be challenged or let go of control

Opening up for new clients in September 2026.

  • "Ida is an invaluable partner in my company — she is my right hand and second brain. She structures and plans not just based on what usually works, but on how I as a founder WANT to work and live. She takes responsibility for both the details and the bigger picture in a way that allows me to relax and feel confident that I'm accomplishing a great deal in the business without becoming stressed — because the support is there. Ida is one of the best investments I have ever made."

    — Joella, founder of a mentorship and advisory space

Most founders come to me six months later than they should have.

The cost of carrying it all alone rarely shows up in revenue first. It shows up in decisions delayed, opportunities missed, and a slow erosion of clarity, energy, and confidence.

By the time the consequences are visible in the numbers, the compound cost is already significant.

The founders who move faster are the ones who bring in operational ownership before they hit the wall — not after.
