When Joella Skoogh brought me into her business, she was holding multiple team members, projects, decisions and details at the same time.

What she needed wasn’t another person to manage. She needed someone who could think ahead, take ownership and reduce how much needed to reach her in the first place.

In her words, working together was the first time she felt truly supported in her business.

Today, my role is to help create the structure around her that allows her to spend more of her time where she creates the most value, while knowing that the details, decisions and execution around her are being taken care of.
